    We want you to be completely happy with your new Lisa Jill Jewelry purchase!!! Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about the details of a piece. We are happy to help. Most of the pieces we make are one of a kind or very limited edition and 100% are handcrafted. We purchase limited quantities of each element that goes into making each piece of jewelry so that we can keep creating beautiful, new and unique jewelry on a continual basis. Please check our website often because the inventory will be constantly changing and evolving.


    SHIPPING AND HANDLING


    FREE United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Shipping for delivery within the United Satates with tracking for orders of $50 or more.

    If your order is under $50 or if you would prefer a different shipping method you will have other choices at checkout. We can ship by USPS or UPS in the United States.

    If you would like to pick up your order (from Alpharetta, Georgia), please choose “free pick up” in the shipping options and email us at info@lisajilljewelry.com immediately upon placing your product order to set up a pick up time.

    At this time, Lisa Jill Jewelry is shipping internationally to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Costa Rica, and Chile. UPS shipping options will appear at checkout. 

    PLEASE NOTE for International Buyers!!! 
    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  We are  not responsible for delays due to customs.

    We will ship within 3-5 business days of receiving your order (and usually sooner). during the holiday season shipping may be delayed and take up to 5 business days to process. Place holiday orders early.

    Please note that Lisa Jill Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once declared "delivered" by carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please email us at info@lisajilljewelry.com and we will help you try to track the package.


    REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

    We will allow a return for a full refund to your original form of payment, exchange for another item, or store credit (whichever you prefer), minus shipping fees, within 3 days of your purchase being delivered to you. Please email us to tell us of your return and the reason for the return, and we will send an authorization email to you. All purchases are final sale after 3 days. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been damaged, altered, or worn.

    Please make sure to read the description and look at all the visual details of the piece in the photographs BEFORE purchasing. We try to include as many details as possible for each listing so you will know what you are ordering. If there is a question email us at info@lisajilljewelry.com before purchasing and we will get back to you very quickly with answers. Please email us before mailing anything back to us. Any pieces sent back for return, exchange or store credit will need to be wrapped and packaged in a similar manner to how it was originally shipped to you. Use a shipping service that provides tracking while in transit. Return postage is non refundable.


    PRODUCT CARE

    Each piece of Lisa Jill Jewelry is handmade with fine and delicate materials. Many elements are one of a kind and therefore may not be able to be replaced with an exact same element if broken. We will do all we can to replace and repair with something similar.

    Do not swim, bathe, or shower while wearing your Lisa Jill Jewelry and avoid unnecessary exposure to heat and moisture where possible. Be especially careful with long necklaces that may get caught and pull. This will stretch out the fine wires that are in between the beads. This can not be repaired and will have to be replaced if it happens. Do not clean jewelry with chemicals, instead gently wipe with a damp cloth and only when absolutely necessary.


    REPAIRS

    Each piece is made by hand. We know things happen that are beyond our control, and pieces can break. We inspect every piece carefully before shipping. We are always happy to repair any damages due to our fault in production for free. And wherever possible we will make repairs at no cost to you within one year of purchase. We may not be able to replace elements with the exact same element because many are completely one of a kind, but we will do our best to replace or repair with similar materials. Please email us with photos of the problem at info@lisajilljewelry.com as soon as you can if you need a repair. Please note that due to the nature of the materials, some chains and pendants are fragile.

    All Lisa Jill Jewelry should be handled and worn with care.
